looking for a pair of new or like new 5.60-15 bias plys with white wall (narrow)

Man.... I had those on my stock '62 Giah when I was in H.S. in 1977
They got such poor traction.
I put more miles on that thing sideways than going in a straight line.
If they had ever gotten a little traction it would have rolled over.
