My name is Tom. I certainly have an old school mindset on VW's and how you do them that goes along with my Hot VW's and VW & Porsche (Now European Car) magazine collection going back to the 70's. 6 VW's over the years but the last 3 were/are watercooled as kids gave way to the demands of reliability.
While no current plans to build a v-rod, you just never know? Plenty of interesting cars & challenging ideas here to think about. I would have never considered a gasser front-end, extended wheelbase and radius rods on a Beetle. The shocking thing is that it looks like it should be that way! For the moment I will sit back and enjoy watching the creativity of you crazy kids!
