it was bone stock when i got it for free from my brother and got a stock 1600dp from my uncle for free. spent 2 weeks stripping the car down to a shell, new windshield, brake lines, carpet kit, clutch kit, single quiet pack and header, refurbed the wheels and new tires, new gas tank, and primed the whole car then reassembled with new fender rubber..got it running and 3 days later drove it to houston and finished school. also drove it to allentown pa for vw acedemy for the winter and drove it back. thats when i began what you see above. cb performance narrowed beam, drop spindles, 3 inch wider rear and 2.5 inch wider creative car craft fenders with new beetle turbo S front turn signals, and the weld wheels. im ready to get back into these simple cars and stay away from all these computers and such. wish me luck, ill keep yall posted..
