Well, here is the issue that I started sorting out Friday...
When the oval clip was installed, it was laid down to go with the roof, however, this pulls it away from the rest of the body.
So I created a filler strip.
Oh and I marked the rear apron for the cut.
So today James (Jroymcd) came by to help, and he started by getting those damn aprons out of the way for me!
Here is a closer look at the cut and you can see the patch panel for the lower firewall that we made
So then I started working on the dash.
The filler strips at the top are done!
Then finally I finished the welding on the new parts along the decklid edges.
And then, there is still tomorrow! Tune in then!
