This is great for the end of a long work on the car day...

On the night before rub up pork shoulder with whatever spices you like. I use smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder and lots of cracked peper. Wrap it up and throw it in the fridge overnight. Next morning as you getting ready to go out into the garage or workshop throw that pork in the oven at 275* in a covered dish.

6 plus hours later... Come in and clean up!

Then pull the pork from the oven it will shred itself as you try to take it from the pan! a good hard roll with a mound of pork, some coleslaw or just BBQ sauce (I like the roasted pineaple and habenero sauce that Costo has in the spring - I keep 2-3 bottles of it in the pantry!)
