Default Re: Volksrodder Meals - real recipes for cutters, welders, and drivers

Stanley Family Terriyaki
1. Mix one cup soy sauce, with 1 cup water in a large tupperware tray...or one of those empty giant icecream buckets work well...hal
2. mix in 1 cup brown sugar and a few big tablespoons of minced garlic.
3. Stir all the ingredients well until all are mixed together and the brown sugar is dissolved (using hot water in step 1 helps)
4. take a flat of chicken breasts and put them in the mixture. shove em on in there, and make sure all the meat is covered by the sauce. seal the container with lid and let them soak over night in the fridge.
5. next day Q em up, goes well with some steamed rice and beer...but what doesn't go good with beer?
