New to it all!
Hi guys I'm the proud owner of a massive rolling tetanus shot a 67 beetle.
I've always loved the classic VW's and hotrods so this all makes alot of sense.
I hope to meet some of you in person in the near future and bounce some idea off of everyone on here.

Re: New to it all!
So the deeper I dig the more metal I have to buy.... surprise surprise.
Need heater channels on both sides, lower firewall section, rear cross-member, luggage shelf, tunnel hump, etc etc etc.
Lowered her over 3" front and rear but I want more!
The kid I work with runs circle track and brought some wheels in. I think 12" is a bit much...

Re: New to it all!
So I recently found out I'm gonna be a dad again, and I'm lucky enough she has agreed to let me keep the beetles!
Not that I won't be hard with a budget that has been slashed into nothing. But if i let them go it will be years before I could touch another one.
So if anyone could donate stuff that would be cool... kidding...kinda
The body metal search continues!

Re: New to it all!
So the bug has been sitting untouched for a year and I'm desperate to do something on her.
I need the rear cross members and luggage tray so I have somewhere to weld the heater channels to. UGH!
