Okay to shorten tunnel guide tubes?
When moving the pedals rearward, is there any problem with just shortening the tunnel guide tubes for clutch and accelerator cables?

Shouldn't be an issue. They do it all the time when they cut a pan down for buggys. Now they don't do it the way your looking too, but they are still shortned.

Just keep in mind they need to be well secured when you are done. You don't want them flexing or moving.

Re: Okay to shorten tunnel guide tubes?
Thanks, guys. I just wanted to make sure their length wasn't an issue for some reason I couldn't see.

It's only an issue if you don't shorten the cables too
