Very tempting. I have room and it would make a great volks truck.

I hadn't even thought about making a truck out of it. That would take care of a lot of the rust...Hmmm.

I do have a few old doors out back and a minivan seat...and a mostly redone 64 chassis.

A guy is supposed to pick up the rest of the chop-top project tomorrow morning. I might start over once I get my bus close to how I want it.

Whatever happened to this thing? Is somebody still working on it?

I thought of this car when I saw this:

I basically gave it away. But, I did just email the guy who has it and he may be interested in selling it back. We'll see. I really don't need another project since I don't have time for the ones I have. Actually, it looks like my work schedule is about to get hectic so I may have even less.

I'll keep you posted if I end up with it again.

This is the project that keeps popping back into my head. I sold off all of my bug parts when I got rid of this car and started playing with buses. My '67 westy project is just sitting and a couple of bugs have come and gone. The tan '67 bug is almost on the road which is my main goal with that one.

I think it's time for "A Pile of Parts II" thread
