Default ford hub to VW wheel adapter

Hey gang,
I know there are adapters to go from Chevy 5 x 4.75 to the VW wide 5 (For the micro stub off road setups) but anyone know of anyone that makes a 5 x 4.5 (Ford) to the wide 5 wheel adapter? If I could find one, life just got A LOT easier!

Those are big Ford, late 30's, which is 10 1/4, or something.

Still, it's a lead. I should just AutoCAD the parts out and send them to emachines to make me a few.
