Default is this engine case savable?

long story short, i got engine as a basket of parts. PO disassembled it believing the case was junk because of the damage you see in the picture.

is this repairable?
case has been bored and clearanced for a stroker motor (and most of the other parts were included) else i wouldn't fret too much about it. i don't see any other signs of damage.

thanks!

I'd say it's junk. Unless you know personally how to weld magnesium. And even then it's probably not worth repairing.
