Go Go GO!
the quote that always sticked with me was "the greatest thing you can ever be is an inspiration" so thank you for the compliment.
i'm already 10 years on the go and really want to get it going this year... the laws for old cars changed in Belgium and every old car needs to go to the inspection every couple of years. since this build would probably not pass inspection i probably will have a useless vehicle in the garage once the inspection date has passed. not that that will change anything for me, just because i can't drive them in the streets doesn't mean that i can't build them... that is more the half of the fun...

want to get it running as soon as i can but need to work on the front end some more first so i have steering done so the fueltank can get back in. and for now everything is grinded to a halt since i'm typing this message from the hospital where they are trying to figure out what is wrong with me (stomach issues, not the Vrodissues, there is no cure for that)

so i'll keep you updated as we go... slow but it's still moving..

Ha! I've beaten you! Bwwwaaahahaha. Only seven years? I picked up the Wankel sometime in '96 or '97. Hmmm, maybe, um '95. Now I know why my wife teases me about it. Good news is the tank, headlight housing, side covers and small fairing are all professionally painted. Plus, I've allowed the paint to properly age. And I've been slowly (okay it's been a pathetically slow pace) cleaning up the bike and checking her over. Tomorrow the bike goes back on the rack. Then soon, THE ROAD.
Take care of yourself and get back the that front end work.
