i'm thinking about just cutting the non-wheel center side off and adding a width section to get the width i need. that way i won't have to worry about any wobble due to off center issue. i've got a ring roller that will help me form the ring. i want to end up with a 12" to 14" wide rim. 29 in tall tires with a bus swing axle with 4.37 r&p... does this sound like a good plan?

those look like they have a fairly deep offset if you flipped the center over would it still work?Obviously the air valve is something...but if one is already welding...
If you refer to my wheels I did make them with as much offset as possible to make them look as little widened as possible from the side.

I personally dont like wheels that looks like a big tube with rims on...

Therefore I also had to use the longest rearaxler (post-70 something) to make them fit. With the short axles (pre-65 something) they wouldn't just rub into the torsionplates but not even fit at all... Now I have almost one inch between the wheel an torsionplates As brakedrums I use 64-65 T-3 drums.

They are the rear ones here, front are abrox. 5x15 inch wheels.
