The material is an outdoor vinyl with red canvas backing. I got the vinyl and the canvas from Hancock Fabrics for 50 bucks. Gave my friend 50 bucks to sew it up. Then 25 bucks for the snaps from Home Depot. .....so 125 for a new rag top, not bad!
