If that thing had some Porsche twist wheels or similiar.... the spokes just dont fit.

And with that look it needs like a 3.0 type IV with twin turbos to back it up.

I'm not too much for labels but I think far too many people confuse the term "rat rod" with "hot rod".
I wouldn't consider that car a rat at all. It's all hot rod to me.

My guess is that there is a minimum hieght law for headlights in some if not all states. Of course I'll disregard this on my car if it's the case in my state. It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to ask permission.
