hello all, i hang my hat in hesperia ca. my project is a '69 bug with chopped roof, channeled floor, ragtop and oval clip, 4" drop tube axle, no fenders, no wheels yet, 1835 motor. i mostly work out of town and finding time to do stuff is hard!

got axle awile back. its a Total Performance tube axle with spindles, new kingpins, caliper brackets, bearings for gm rotors, leaf spring behind the axle design. (ebay 480 bucks total) and also new speedway hairpins ($140)
got it mounted to the pan, still need to figure how to work the steering.
picked up a type 4 engine for it. i think it will look cool with dual carbs and polished fan housing. dont plan on running rear apron. just the decklid to hold the original ca. black plate.
