My ride is a 65 Ghia hardtop, former rustbucket, that I got last year. After a LOT of dent and rust removal, it is about ready to get some blitz paint. Weird mutant car with lots of 67 parts as well, and future V8 killer...
Plans include a custom interior(modern, sports style) with high bucket seats('94 camaro, hopefully something better later), custom dash, harnesses, ect. Suspension will be modified mostly for autocross(someone told me my car would NEVER beat his mustang...he'll see..) and hopefully a 1914 turbo motor before to much longer. Body will remain close to stock for now...cause I don't honestly know where my plans are going for this car
As for now, I am a college student, and thus poor as crap, so volksrod style makes since on money too...cheaper for paint...plus I'll probably be farting dust before I could even afford a vintage restore, and even then...why bother?
Anyway, pics and updates will follow...must buy one of them digital cameras...yet...I keep dropping all my cash on other $h!t.
