made some measurements where i'm going to cut.. i used a angle finder on a level to get the degree of the angle from the lower mark... now both sides are getting cut at the same exact place...

just waiting for some extra hands so i dont drop anything when i cut it...

so.. i had a slice of pie.... and it didnt line up the way i wanted it to...

so i took the window out again but in a different fashion... i wanted to keep the body lines

then we got the roof lined up... there is alot of finishing work that will be done... but the lines of the car are freaking rad!!!!

the other side is a pain... somehow i cant read a tape measure right... so... i have to cut and recut a few things for it to fit... plus we had a bit of a dent on the oval window side.. so i cut that out... just alot of variables i should have written down... but anyway.. i'm back on track

and this window is the TITS!!!! no joke... i love where it is going!!!

not alot of progress done... but we got something done!!!

Thanks mike for coming over and helping..

we got this "jig" to make sure the window would stay flat.. it will be ripped out once the roof is in...

cut the 4" section that had been cut out into two pieces to give it a better curve

got the driver side all nice...

and well... the passenger side wouldnt line up.. it kept wanting to buck and turn out of place... looked everything over only to find out that the b-pillar was 2 degrees off side to side.. cut the cros brace out fixed that problem and now its works!!!

clamp happy

we put the rear window back in and it seemed like everything was coming together nicely... but it wasnt centered off of the trans... did some measurements AGAIN and the sides are different lengths... i measure enough times that you would think that it would all be right... but its off!!!

so back out with the window and???

guess it will have to wait till after work

GOT MY WINDOW IN and its CENTERED!!!!!

this oval had a dent in the pass side corner... so i had use another section of roof to fix it... so i had to mimic the same thing on both sides to get the same body lines on both sides

Pass side

drivers side... i'll probably cut this out and do the exact same thing as i did on the other.. the lines dont look the same still...

i'm going to bed now... maybe a roof soon!!! i need to get started on these doors...

i got a letter on my door when i came home....

"disturbing the peacefulness of the community and graffiti/painting inside your garage"

so i now have to STFU and paint my wall!!! even though my wall has been painted since at least Oct...

so.. how do i finish the rod now???

just make noise and shut the garage door??? but it almost seems louder with it shut... throw blankets on the garage doors????

i'm crushed man... just crushed!!!!

so i have to rethink a few things...

but i talked to management... i just cant do it too early or too late...
