Noob here. I stumbled across this place a couple of weeks ago and have wasted far too many hours reading through some fascinating build threads.
For the past few years I have been mostly messing about with classic Minis but I learned my spanner twirling on kitcars in the mid 80s, followed by a few seasons on Formula Vee cars and now I crew on a Pro ET drag car when I'm not at work writing about model cars.
I am now Mini free and looking for a new project and am finding plenty of inspiration on here. I shall use my newly empty garage space to practice glueing metal together with electrictrickery and then probably take on a new project in the spring.
