OK, back in 1999 I thought it would be a great idea to rebuild a VW for my daughter of 16 so I went out and baught this 73 Super for $400.00. Four years later I am still putting body parts on it (took a 2 year leave of absence) and I'm getting tired of welding! I spent the first year taking the body off the frame and doing a total rebuild of the frame, engine, brakes, front end, new floor pans and pan head repair. Now I am working on the body (rust bucket) and I'm stuck because of the firewall needing replaced and no source for it to be found!
