Chopped 63
Hi, I live on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. I have a 63 beetle that I want to make the following mods to:
4" roof chop
suicide doors with hidden hinges
18" rims
3" wider rear guards
2" wider front guards
disc brakes all round
4" narrowed dual air beam
air bags in the rear
no chrome or bumpers
custom tail lights
1916cc engine from Stan Pobjoy
Here is a pics of car that inspired my ride.
I have also built 4 other Beetles, a Type 3 and a Kombi but that was about 15 year ago now. This car has been something I have wanted to build for the last 20 years and now I finally have time and money (hopefully) to build it.
