Well I cruise Pensacola, Florida (best beaches in the world along with some real nice ladies) in a 1969 bug that was once stripped and sanded to bare metal by me, and then profesionally spray painted many times, also by yours truly. About the car, cause I know thats all anyone cares about: I've owned it since I was 13 , so lets see... Thats 4 1/2 years ago. Many problems have occured throughout these years and I've stayed outta trouble fixing,fu*king up, and modifing this car The body has been shaved of everything except the hood and decklid latch. '66 front fenders were installed and custom round taillights were mounted in the rear. The current color is Olive Drab Green , but it has been, flat black, flat black with a red racing strip, flat black with white scallops, gray primer, and rusty colored primer with white sides. I always have my roof rack, now painted white, on it so that I can haul my board to go surf and I installed hoodpins on the decklid. Its powerd by a 1641 cc, with 8 1/2 to 1 comprison ratio running through a super beetle tranny. Theres an engle 110 cam, a weber 40mm 2 barrel, electronic ignition, and the exhaust exits through a merged header with a turbo hide away muffler. The Interior will have an oak strip headliner(if the roof stays on), and has: mexican blanket covered bench seat, which is wood painted white, Checkered flag door panels and all the interior metal is Gloss Red, with gloss black floors. Well Enough about the car, I surf, work on my friend's cars for money, work on my bug, Go to high school sometimes, and I work at a camera shop to fund my hobby Thats iT for now..till my A.D.D. kicks in and I modify something! Man ,I forgot about this section! Well I put my bug on hold for the past couple months and bought a 1997 dodge ram, but have no fear... The bug will be back soon. I recently tore it all apart, stripped the interior and body and am now working on getting it back together with new parts. It will have a new color, new rubber, and new lights on the outside, along with a smoothed dash, buggy seats, and bright red interior metal. ITs spring time here in florida and damn nice crusing weather...so as the $$$ comes in, I put it in The Spray Paint Special.
