Hi all! Name's Hal Spalter, and I reside in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Been lurking for about a month, thought I should finally expose myself. I was planning to build a '27 Track T roadster, but the cost was going to be more than I wanted, so I started looking at alternatives. I had a couple of Cal-Look Bugs back in the '70's (yeah, I'm an old fart), so I starting surfing along those lines. I found the VolksRodder's Forum and am hooked on Bugs again. My project plans now center around a Pirhana-style roadster. I've been talking with Roadster Cliff about his awesome ride, and I've started to collect parts and ideas. I'm still looking for a suitable donor, but there's an awful lot of rust here in south Florida. If anyone out there is in the West Palm-to-Miami area and has something reasonable for sale (does not need to run), let me know. Anyway, I'm very impressed with you guys who do the PhotoShop pics and would like to see my ideas executed in PS if possible. Any takers?
