I stumbled across this place yesterday and liked the look of it so I thought I'd sign up. Looks like there are lot's of interesting ideas here. I have been into Bugs for a few years now and currently have a couple. My runner is a (sorta') Cal Look '63 with a 2332 built and geared for street use, the other is a '73 (my first car) which is currently stored until I can sort a few things out with it. It's been that way since '98 but I hope it'll change soon. I guess like many people there are a load of cars I'd like to have and some I'd like to have a few of all done differently. I'm hooked on Volks but see a lot of other metal that keeps me dreaming so I like seeing different ideas pulled together. Over the years as I've learnt more about cars I have become a lot more open minded, whilst like me a few mates run traditional lookers which I obviously like I have a couple of friends that have done things totally differently and I am always amazed by what people can do. One car that shook my ideas up big time belongs to a friend I met 2 or 3 years ago, basically it's a homebuilt V8 Bug but it is awesome(http://www.netdragster.co.uk/). Another amazing car that binned all the rules lives just down the road from me and should be complete later this year, basically there's a lot of great stuff out there and it's good to see a place like this where anything goes.

I'm not sure I wrote exactly what I wanted to say but I gave it my best shot! Hello everyone.....
