I will go where ever I need to if it is pretty straight, and reasonable price. Who ever's oval that is it is pretty sweet btw.

I have the hood that came off the 63 it needs works.

Score. How rough is it? My number is 904 318 4484.

Yeah I should have some pix up here by tomorrow. I just grafted in some patches for the moon vents.

Charlie, I don't care raised not. I'm ready to cut the apron below it. I appreciate all your help btw. it is pretty cool to have this thread here.

as promised, but a little late here are few pix. As you can see it needs a long hood bad to allow me to cut that front apron. I plan to cut the frame head and put in adjusters in the next day or so

I may throw the 62 vert on the trailer and drag it to St. Augustine Saturday to see if I get any bites.

I thought I'd throw out a feeler, I really don't want the ragtop on my bug. I want to cut a bigger opening in the roof. So I'll offer it up to the southeast guys, my ragtop roof section for... Money is tight I'd really want a beam extender. So willing to trade straight up, You could even make me one of quality. I'll hit you up Charlie, maybe once its running on the chop. I may just do it myself if the above goes well.

Give me a call tomorrow. I just made a deal for a ragtop clip today but I could always use another. Work is real busy for me right now but I'll try to start my own beam extension design in ProE asap. I have access to everything needed (CNC plasma, etc) and I'm a Manufacturing Specialist (fancy job title for 3D designer ) and I was a certified welder for 15 yrs. I don't want to go into business making these but i may be able to build a handful for some friends.

I can get it welded just the plates cut I can get them TIG'd at work. I would like a 10 inch extension with a 2 inch drop.

But who wouldn't? I know the comments were coming

No filler needed just a big FN hole with a snap on top. Going for the old Tudor look.
