Well... here's my buddy. Had him when I could just hold him in the palm of my
hand. He's been gone a couple years now after he finally got beat by something
that a surgery couldn't fix. He beat cancer 3 times in his life, and still acted like a
puppy even when he was a gray old man. One day out of nowhere he had a
seizure in the middle of the night and the vet deemed it a brain tumor that was
inoperable at his age. So I had to put him down.
Been almost 3 years... and I'm still not over that damn dog.
He did the same trick that Fonzy's dog did....
Was an excellent impersonator (of my other friend, Jake)...
And scared people just by yawning.
And he loved his Pops.

I still get a lump in my throat when I think about Toby, and it's been about 47 years since I buried him.
He was an adult when we got him and he'd already learned a lot of tricks: the usual stuff (sit, stay, rollover, shake hands), plus "praying" (nose down between front paws), "dancing" (hopping around on his back legs), and "speaking silently" (opening/closing his mouth without barking).
I ran across this photo of him the other day. When walking, his tail would curl over his back, and both it and his legs were "feathered." We were told he was a chow and cocker mix, but he looks mostly border collie to me. A good ol' dog . . . .

Go to www.tlcanimalshelter.org Look under happy endings for Ginny. She should be the first listing. Ginny is 1 and Samantha is 10. They're our girls!

Re: CRAZY PET TRICKS
My friend dropped by to show me her new pup today. She works at a local pet hospital and rescued this pup from being put down after the he was hit by a car and abandoned. This is his first day out of the hospital after surgery on his rear leg. He has a limp but is doing great. The name is "Lucky".
My reaction when she told me she wanted him back...
I think the dog just farted. I asked him to see if my suspicions were true, but he stayed silent = GUILTY

You talking about the shirt?? It's just a button up collored shirt. I can't wear a shirt that fits me with the long sleeves down unless it's like a 2X or larger. I got kinda wide shoulders and they pull em up to mid-forearm.
Go ahead... laugh at my deformity, you bastards.

Ok, I just did a google search on "cardigan" and came up with shit like this :
You guys suck...
... and I AM, in fact, too cool for long sleeves.

I like how it's rolled up in that perfect Don Johnson sort of way. Like the cardigans saying "I'm too cool for long sleeves"
