I think it's for sale again in Thornton ,Colorado. It's on the Denver Craigslist under volksrod if you do a search. It is a bit different, but looks very much like it.

Sure looks like it.

Looks like its sporting an SVD club symbol on the door panels instead of the lace panels. Maybe Rawbdad knows more about the car or if its one their club members.

Wow! There it is.

Definitely has changed a bit, I'm glad to see it on the road still.
For reference, I sold it for 3,500 about 4 years ago.

It looks like a Bug Volksrod project might be on the horizon. Just one of the many uncompleted VR out there.

I sold my bagged squareback last Saturday. I have an automatic type 3 pan you could use as a clean pallet!

Well, I had put my V8 Square project up for sale a couple weeks ago. Why? I just have so, so many other projects going on right now. Gotta rebuild my Dellorto's an the Bug, V8 Square, get to house ready to put on the market by next spring, orders to fill for our miniature business, see our son , daughter-in-law and 2 grand children in Dallas, see our son, daughter-in-law and three grand children in Chicago, travel, look for property to build a log home on, etc.Let me tell you. When my wife found out I put V8 Square up for sale, boy, was she pissed. So, I took it off the ForSale status, and have to figure out how to find time to build it.I really want to finish it. I don't see how I got anything done on it before I retired. Days just are not long enough.Just recently, we took time out and went to Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO a couple of weeks ago and then we went to the Fabulous Fox Theater, here in St. Louis, MO, yesterday and saw the stage show the Million Dollar Quartet. Excellent show.
