Not a movie until recently, and a bit too southern for my tastes, but the number of '69 chargers killed in the name of the dukes of hazard is just ridiculous.

Deathproof was a hard watch for me too, mainly the whole chase scene.

At the end of American Graffiti When Falfa rolls the 55 chevy(same one used in two llane blacktop).
Doc Hollywood when the 356 that Ben Stone(Michal J Fox) drove gets hit by the train.
No mans land, in the big chase scene when the late 80s camaro keeps hitting the Porsche on the drivers side. When the camaro crashes its makes me feel better .

I might be wrong but i'm pretty sure there was at least one old school Dukes movie.. If i'm not hallucenating, there was one when the series was still popular, and a newer one under a decade ago where they reunited the cast or something..

but yea, they did kill a TON of chargers...

If you count TV; on Tim Allen's show, Home Improvement, they dropped a seriously heavy I beam lengthwise on a Chevy Nomad. I'd taped the show and played that one over and over, and reeaall slow, but it still looked like the Nomad. Tim is a car guy, but I couldn't find where thay made the switch. Or, maybe he was just messing with us. He certainly got my attention...

Watch the end of the episode. Tim is standing next to the Nomad. The other was a differnt car. He wouldn't let them crush it either.

My bad crashes are the bug that gets the nose flattened at the beginning of Beverly Hills Cop by the semi and in Woody Allen's sleeper, they push a bug over a cliff and play it in slo mo. Painful to watch. In the Herbie movie where they have the beetle burial at sea. Poor beetle!
How about the dune buggy rollover in the 007 movie?
Doesn't a bus get sideswiped in Bullitt?

After reading this thread that was the one that I was going to post. Even if they didn't drop the beam on the nomad it still makes me cringe...

i watched the new king kong tonight on tv and they trash tons of old school cars in that one... idk if they were real cars or digital cars but it still made me sick

Oh, what scares me is almost anything with Patrick Swayze. If I ever saw Dirty Dancing or Ghost, I'd tear up my man card!

I watched Sweeny Todd on the weekend and the first time you see one of his victims slide off the barber chair and land head first on the stone basement floor below made me cringe a little. After you get past the first one, the Monty Python-esque blood spewing is quite entertaining!
