I'm looking forward to returning to my 67 Chop project that I moth-balled in 2006. I'm short on pictures from the build, but my Member Album has several from various stages that I was able to find in my archives.
Moving forward in 2014, I'm hoping to obtain another solid donor roof to rework the are from the windshield to the b-pilar. The main reason I put the project on ice was that I was unhappy with how the body line between the A-pilar and B-pilar came out. Now I'm opening up the idea to install a ragtop in the project since this will be a pure summer driver.
To move this little rig around, I had all the parts machined back in 2004 to build a strong 1955cc with a FK-87 cam and Dellorto DRLA 45's. I still need to have a set of heads machined, but figured I'll look at the DRD L5 to get the job done.
