Default First build with a '67

'67 FattBugg project.

Starting my 1st build after having to put it on the back burner for 2 years but in that time I got 2 free donor cars and a 10 inch beam extender. My goal is to create something to cruise around, take to shows and enjoy when its nice out.
Im sure it will change but my plan is to:
-extend front beam
-upgrade/lower front suspension
-upgrade and lower rear end
-chop 4 inches off the top with and oval insert.
-suicide doors
-upgrade 1500cc motor to 90-100hp
-other smaller items such as interior ect.
-My budget is $2000 for parts. Labor is free(beer for my buddies).
Ive done a lot of reading on ways to do everything I want but often read so many different answers that I get lost. I think I have a good grasp of what needs to be done and I have 2 full auto shops and a buddy at body shop to help. Im going to start with pulling the body off and putting it to the side for now and focus on suspension. I want a low flat stance with taller tire all the way around.
My question is:
1. Do I need drop spindles along with my 2.5 in drop from my extender?
2. How much do I need to lower the rear to level it out? Just use drop plates or raise trans?

Thanks for your time and responses. I dig this forum and a lot of the builds that go on here. I hope I can learn as much as possible here.
