Hello Forum,
I'm Pat and I got something bugging me. I bought a 1973 superbeetle off of craigslist when I was 18 (for extremely cheap), and since then it has sat in my garage for the last 2 years. I want to see it become something, or at least, I want to try to make it into something and I dont have a ton of knowhow with Volkswagens, or any car really, but I do have determination (and plenty of days off.) The Bug's in bad shape. There's no denying that, but I do not think it will take more than a year to get this done. Any and all help or advice on what to buy or do will be greatly appreciated, as research is a shortcoming of mine. Anyways, I will have a post up with pictures in a few hours, and I hope to hear from the Forum with your suggestions! (except if you tell me its not worth it because when its the first car you ever bought, no matter how bad a purchase, it holds sentiment)
