BUGULA aka John from Jersey
Whats up guys. I finally join this place. I used to drag a buggy and a bug. Both are pictured in the members rides section. Submitted by the new owners, no me.
I got this older kinda cal-look 73 standard bug. I trying to figure out how to do a 32 Ford sedan flat roof line. The quarters and rear panel could make or break the look. Anybody ever do or seen one done?

Re: BUGULA aka John from Jersey
Karting is history and the green Bug (73 not 74) is in the driveway now. Parking it on the dirt was killing it. The weber ICT's are clogged, also. Hopefully thats the only thing making it run bad.
Heres some pics of my 56. These were taken the day I bought it, over 10 years ago. Its been untouched in my Father's garage ever since.

Re: BUGULA aka John from Jersey
The green bug has rot on the frame head, tunel and numerous body parts, so she is going to donate all its bolt on parts to this pan. Its a Ghia pan, but it with fit a Bug with the correct pans. The new body is a nice '76 standard.

Re: BUGULA aka John from Jersey
$16 air chisel worked well. Yes, the lip is under there.
