two sailor and cokes down, and it's not even 6 yet. Go me. Just shot a bottle rocket off my back porch...had to double check that they still worked, I don't need any duds once it's midnight!

they're illegal here too...but so is weed and people just smoke it out on the street anyway, so I'm gonna shoot off some bottle rockets! That and it was raining all day yesterday and for the past two weeks, so I'm not too worried about starting a fire. I wish I had some of those "house shakers" though...lol

well, i'm just beginning the night, only a few sips into drink numero uno, and of course it's Jack and Coke..

Christine has to work at 9 tonight (she's a part time bartender) so I'll probably be spending New years this year at a bar :P

had a good one last night. another couple came over last night (the only friends the wife and i have) from out of town. we ate mexican food then came home and played cards for 3-6 packs. went to my fav beer store and did the pick-a-6 and it was awesome. i drank all over the world last night!

well, four beers deep, going slow i know. just got off the phone with Christine, it's official, I got dumped on new years. not as horrible as family and pet health problems, but it still sucks. she was so great too, oh well, shit happens. fuck it. i think i'm gonna go for a walk, get some air and whatnot. hope everyone elses buzzes are better than mine.

so, two nights in a row...

It's 440 in the morning, and the guy who occupies the apartment below me is screaming. He's insane, PTSD, and screams at the tv and anything else he wants, and it keeps me awake and drinking all night long. I blame him. I'm telling my AA sponsor it's all his fault.

well, tonight, i've got a decent buzz going. Tomorrow I'm driving up to hang out with Cue which should be fun, i've been dying to get out of my house all week, and I'm gonna be charging any gas stops, but it's better than sitting at home being bored..
