Default R.W.Burnett new guy intro

Hello fellow enthusiasts. A little about me. My first car was my dads hand me down '64' bug. It was a great car until the floor pans rusted out and the water splashed in. It had about 130k on it when I sold it. I have owned numerous old cars and motorcycles through the years but having four kids slowed me down for awhile. Since they are grown now I recently acquired a '67' volksrod. I have just started to work on it some. It runs and drives great as is, shown in the photos, the way I purchased it. I don't plan on getting to crazy with a restoration. Just want to tweak it up a bit and make it look respectable. The main goal is to cruise around town and have some fun with it. I might need some of your expertise in the future. Thanks for your help in advance. Sincerely, RWB
