69 bug - Subaru Motor (also in SLC, UT)

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Here's a few pics of a project I've recently gotten to road-worthy ++.

It's a 69 bug with a 2.5 Subaru SOHC engine in it. Working great! Super fun to drive. This car is also using the stock 5 speed Subaru transmission with the Subarugears.com reversed pinion setup.

Over the next few days, I'll be installing AC into this one so that it is a workable Utah summer (read 95+ degrees in July/August) daily driver.

After I get that done I'm going to start a build thread of a 65 bug that I'm going to start hacking up. The plan with that one is to make a mid engine setup using a Subaru WRX 2.0 turbo motor and 5 speed transmission. More to follow.
