67-69 PONTIAC BLACK HUBCAP EMBLEM 2 7/16"67-69 PONTIAC BLACK HUBCAP EMBLEM 2 7/16". ALSO FOR EARLY 70. LOOKS SIMILAR TO RALLY II CENTER EMBLEM.

smarty pants rob sent me this earlier~

Only difference is those letters are red, these are silver or faded gold on some. I'll find out for sure what it is when the guy picks up the caps, I'm too curiuos now!

Besides striping my bike, working on the Lead Sled, and going to a VW show, I also managed to add some fog lights to Sopy, my 66 Square. I bought these last year and finally got around to installing them. I still need to wire them up after getting some 12V bulbs. Anyone need some 6V foglamp bulbs?

Got my Garage cleaned out & put on a Steel door on the side. Now I can actually close & lock my garage! Put up a new Screw Drive door opener! Even cleared more brush in my back yard... Reclaiming my yard is cool! That's where I have my Fireplace for late night drinks... It also gave me another weeks worth of fire wood by doing it... Plus, the best part was I had 2 guys over for FREE labor! 4 Hours on Saturday, & 6 hours on Sunday!!! I supplied the beers & food... They supplied the sweat & blood...

My WOman was all psyched when she saw I parked her Truckl in the garage... I told her not to get use to it!

Are those saw horses wide enough to roll the pan under there if need be?

Today I wasted a bunch of time and money - but it's ok, it wasn't mine. :)
The windshield guys broke all the windshields they brought with them, trying to install them in my 74 Bug - I had to remove the windows when I installed the headliner, and it's been under a tarp awaiting an infusion of cash since then. They think that the headliner is too thick for them to install the windows - has anyone ever heard of this before? I'm guessing they just drank their lunches too quickly...

I drove 170 round trip yesterday after work to go look at a '67 Scotty Serro Camper. The lady said it was in bad shape. I got there and looked at it and wondered how the body was still on the floor!!!! Yea it was in bad shape. The floors were solid but the walls just were rotten.

Then I got home and installed my engine in my car. I just have to retime it now.

If anyone knows where there is a Scotty camper around PA area let me know ASAP!!!

Cutman, do you roll around Midnite Auto style with a screwdriver, gankin plates?

Yesterday, I gutted my locking column switch housing to fit a non-locking switch inside. THAT my friends was a lot of grinding. Did some minor wiring revisions, then washed, waxed, and put my new tags on my black plate.

I'm licensed, insured, and legal. Sweet.

Never heard that tale before.

Are you sure that you have the right rubber, for the right year car? I have seen that happen!

Last night, we watched Guss graduate from Pre-K. Hell, I only graduated once, and barley made that! But it was cool to watch a bunch of 4&5 year olds do it.

Then they declared them the class of 2021, and I felt really old.

Well, it's kind of moot now - I came home and found that they'd removed the majority of the headliner, hadn't installed windows, and left the car un-tarped, to better catch the rain. After all the work it took to install the headliner in the first place, I wanted to bawl like a baby. I'm beginning to understand why no VW ever seems to have a headliner.
