Worked on putting the transverse spring in the front of the Coyote. Only had 2 hours. I still need to figure out the linkage to the lower arm. I might switch ideas and link the spring to the upper arm.

FINALLY , the camper is really starting to go back together~
Would've continued on insulating the walls, but I got the wrong staples, 3/8 is not all the same and the guy at HD didn't ask

But starting to push to get this thing in camp by oct 1, IF the club will get the power finished, or we'll be looking for a generator....

As for my rant up above, Crash is going back on his shots, and possibly another round of steroids to stop the damage in his left eye. I was really pissed friday night cuz when I said 'shots' he commented like he wasn't going to do them. Glad he is, he has too much future ahead he needs to see, 1 , is his first grand baby due in dec ~
And more on my Aunt, stage 2 lymphomic? a stomach cancer. They say they have a good chance of getting it all since it's all in 1 area.
And with my mom's visit, which went well, she tells me I'm probably doomed later, with 4 cancer strikes now in my family, 3 on my dad's side~ great.........
I just can't handle so many blows in one day. Hopefully my style of living will help. other than the smokes which I am cutting back again.

Worked on the XL 100 all day. Blew the carburetor up with air. Collappsed the floats; my ears are still ringing.

Love the seats busguy!

Spent most of the day running around up town. Getting an old dog shaved. Getting more Camper stuff, huntin stuff. Wish cooler weather would hurry up now. I want to go to the woods.

Hubby put all the insulation in the camper walls last night. It feels so much smaller in there now

It may feel smaller, but it's sure going to be a lot warmer.

Oh I still hate the 90's, only while a breeze is blowing can I say it's cooler. But inside this camper, it is MUCH better! It was like working in an oven before, no insulation, bare tin? ugh~

Last night got most of the paneling up :)
Glad Crash came over again, cuz they had to do some figuring on where the splicing was gonna be, camper walls/stud placement are nowhere near house walls

Got our driveway paved. We were quoted for 2.5" of asphalt, got 8.5-10" in the side parking area and down by the road! They had to bring in a third truckload! Had the house siding repaired last week, getting it painted in about a week and new garage doors as soon as they go on sale. I think I'm getting an ulcer but I'm glad to be getting all this done!

Spent the day at by buddies cabin. We cut up some wood, cut down a tree and played around with his black powder rifle and pistol.

The effects of the rifle on an old pot.

Hubby worked more on camper. Has a sofa/bed, and bathroom plumbed in. We're scraping the plans for in inside fridge. 1, camp still has no power, 2 have no room unless we put it up on a shelf like the original was. I have no problem with having lanterns and coolers.
And it finally started raining~ and found a leak around the vent in the bathroom, seems the sealer shrunk...

Sold the 64 bug in order to finish the 62 bug. My priorities are all screwed up. As I get older, I still dont seem to be able to become mature.

Went to a fly-in for old airplanes ( 1920's, 30's, 40's) at Hanover, Ind. called Lee's Bottom airport, ( large grass field). Found a 1968 or 69 bug sitting back in the woods on a farm near by. looks good from the road. Going to find out who owns it. Pops

Started planking the ramp from the deck by my shop to the tree house. Most of the two by six redwood is scrap from a 1400 sq ft deck I rebuilt for a customer a year or so back. I flip it over, hit it with a belt sander, cut off the split ends and screw it in place. There's a used/recycled building supply place in town and I scored two gallons of deck sealer for four bucks a gallon.

Oh almost forgot, yesterday I ran airlines and power out to the stupid oxygen generator on the porch to my sleep machine. That damn thing is noisy and keeps you from sleeping cuz of the compressor noise. I also repaired/restored a really pretty antique picture frame for the painting my girl kitty did for me. All I need now is the glass cut and put the hangers on it. It going to be a really nice peice of original art to grace my dining room wall.
