That would look sweet chopped like that flatblacker! I figure not to go with red rims and leave then black. Maybe even go GLOSS black? How are your porta walls doing? I was thinking of ones off of ebay for like 45...no?

Actually just looked at one of the wheels on the side of my crib and thinking of making a jig for "the whitwall rodder trick"!

i think the ebay ones are too narrow for you....look at pix of my ghia.....that is what they look like. they are less than 2 "....you want 3" or wider to pull off that look

I work in photoshop a lot. this isn't VW related, but shows you the type of stuff I do. This started out as a studio shot of one of my 1/5 scale clay models that I designed. the original is about a 35MB file, so it doesn't look to great scaled down for the web. oh well...

Hey, Rob! Thanks for the photoshop of the 'Buncher! It's gonna rock with that extension on there.
I cut off the front apron last week, so that'll leave room for the beam movin' up.

So you cut out the front apron that you spent all that time welding it back on the old baja? Are you coming straight out with the extension, or are you going to add an offset to it so that you can slam it without messing up the ride. You should be able to go really low now that the pesky apron is gone!
