well the seller is jeff koch, i'm going to guess that's the guy that does koch's steering wheel restoration.

if it is, he's originally from ohio, charges way too much for what he does, and from an old man that I know and this is hear say "he steals stuff, tried to walk away with a pair of heart tail lights in his pocket" but i trust the old guy.

looks like the frame head isn't extended

I can't remember if the owner is a member here or not but it's been posted here before but it didn't have the blue paint job.

Different headlights and no paint job but this is it:

Here is a before picture...

This is the volksrod that has passed hands a couple of times since we first saw it. Looks like it was finally finished off nicely!

Here are the earlier pics. Note that the hairpins are non-functional!

The car beforehand sold for around $2k??? Beside a new paint and some fit and finish, I don't see the $8,000 difference. Nice car still but not for that price, I'd at least expect glass. More power to him if he gets that much though, will make my car all that worth more

12 spoke American spindle mounts...but those aren't spindle mounts. They have a bolt pattern...

And I whole heartedly agree with you...

Lengthened shifter is missing too.

In the new pics posted, it appears to have a windshield, at least.

This one is nice, minus the roll bars and a chopped windshield...and lose those centerlines too

lil pricey though at 5,500
