Door hinges

So a few years ago my passengers door hinge started seizing up, I had another door so I switched them

Back in October I took the one hinge off the door and tried to press the pin out, it wouldn't budge, so next I set it in my mill and tried to drill it out, them suckers are harder than a wedding dick, I tried several different bits except carbide

I didn't wanna hafta heat them up but that may be my next option

Any ideas???

I had some luck using lots of penetrating oil and frequent tapping with a brass hammer. After a week or so of this I was able to drive the pin out with a drift and hammer.

I've been spraying them with WD40 and all kinds of oil since removing the door, I'm gonna try heat and give it a shot, them put it in my press, I can't swing a hammer like I could

I just got a new fire extinguisher a few months ago, I'm just afraid my dog will try to eat the fire, he eats everything, did I ever mention it's tough to do anything with him I wouldn't have it any other way

I use repeated PB Blaster and hammer tapping / pressure to flex the hinge, and eventually take the pin out with a drift.

I can buy new hinges for around $40 I may do that

I tried my press, if they don't move from that I don't think a hammer will be any easier

If I had time I would go with hidden hinge suicide doors
