Those pick up NB conversions are everywhere. There’s a green one local.
I have to make it out there one day. Maryland has a terrible highway structure. Everything relays on the beltways. Drive far south to get to the beltway, just to go north. I despise it!

That is the 2nd p/u conversion I have seen. None local though. Not something I would want, but I looked up the conversion out of curiosity. Little bit on the pricey side, but not too ridiculous.

The company makes p/u conversions for the Dodge Charger. It looks kinda odd because your only using the short front door or the four doors.
