Smooth. the tutorial!

making a tutorial about the smooth front wings as requested!

1: cut along the line where the fender touch the body.


2: make a template out of cardboard or something similar.


3: transfer the templet to the sheetmetal.

4: cut! use a anglegrinder or a nibbler or someting.

5: roll the sheet over the wheel (jacked up). or use a english wheel if you got one!


6: trial fit the sheetmetal and trim the edges to meet upp properly.


7: tack weld the piece in place.



8: grind the welds down and you´r good to go!

What's with cutting the side out of the foot box ?

Did you have to "adjust" the edge of the Pan for clearance ?
