It's built for land speed runs. I don't know if it's done any drag racing but its runs yesterday were in the 140-150 mph range, I believe. I don't know if they were all out or if those were shakedown runs.
At the ECTA Maxton meets, they are clocked after a one mile run.

I don't know for sure but I heard that those guys drove that bus from PA to Bonneville when they ran it out there. I bet the guy was deaf after that.

I saw a stude like that chopped before. Rather than cutting the windscreen and rear curved glass, they recessed it across the bottom somehow. I sure as hell wouldn't want to have to figure out how to replace it. It looked like the car was built around it.

I saw this about an hour ago up in Northampton Ma. The guy built it himself and it has a '79 bus 2 liter engine in the back. Friggin cool as hell!!! If you noticed, he even made an area for his wheel chair. I was only able to talk to him for about 23 seconds before the light changed. Nice guy. I hope I run into him again.

I think the radio flyer is really funny and well made, but no, I wouldn't be caught dead driving it!

About 10 years ago I saw a VW based car that looked EXACTLY like a giant bumper car. It had the pole sticking up behind the seats, the big wrap around rubber bumper and even the big round pad on the steering wheel. It was friggin awesome!!!

OK guys, check this little bitch out. I'm pretty sure its an old mail truck even tho the sign on the side was for a communications company. I spotted it on the way home from work, it's right hand drive:

just down the road from that, these are sitting in front of a local museum:

Now check out the springs and suspention on the Model T:

I thought you guys might enjoy this.

Funny how things work sometimes. I saw one of those Dodges for the first time the other day on the highway. A local brewery is rolling it.

I'm a sucker for commercial vehicles, and I would love to pick one up!

The suspension on that model T looks preety cool. I love being able to see how things work. I would rather see it than cover it up.
