Bending tubing with hot coals.

Notice the ends of the tube are capped,
and the tube is filled with dry sand.
That way it doesn't collapse when bent.

Thanks again for posting this stuff. I have most of the tools needed in the Lacing and Stitching Leather one. Also used alot of those techniques on projects over the years. Once the RPU is close to completion, I'll be making my hoodbelt and using alot of stitching and tooling on it to be rather fancy. DBug wanted plain, only wanted 1/8 edging and double row buckle, it turned out really nice.
