1963 VW Rag top Project

I have a Very Solid 63 Rag top Beetle for Sale in Big Spring Texas. Clear Title, Motor turns over by hand but not in Car. Needs Body work & interior. It's been stored indoors for many years. Minor rust in doors, minor damage to front & rear aprons.
If I don't sell it, it will probably be chop-topped & made into a V-8 Volksrod. So I might consider a Chopped Bug Trade, or a Kubelwagen Kit car (because I want one ) but really need the money for home improvements.
