If the car isn't sectioned (4"), the fenders is about 2.5" from the ground with stock suspension (and engine and body not installed)

How low is too low? I dunno, do you plan on driving it? Engine and body are going to put it on the ground.

Fenders? What fenders ? We don't need no stinking fenders!

Engine is stock height, since the suspension is all stock (well very slightly lowered). The body's sectioned so it will be 4" higher. Plus I'll be running super tall 17" tires so that'll push it back up a few more inches. Hence I needed a dramatic lowering job And I don't like the camber from a dramatically lowered swingaxle bug.

There will be no fenders also, just put it there just to see. I'd like to run rear airbags so I can rake it with a push of a button when desired.

Looks awesome! You have some big KAHUNAS :)

My bug has the frame head raised 3 1/2 inches and the rear torsion tube has been raised 4 inches to achieve the same sort of look. Would rather a channelled car though.

Keep it up mate!
