how to delete photos to post more

can someone please tell me how to delete old photos so I can post new ones? Thanks

I think there are several methods, but here's one:

In the red bar near the top of the screen, to the far left you'll see "User CP" (User Control Panel). Click that.

You'll notice a bar near the left of the page. At the bottom, you'll see "Attachments" (Under "Miscellaneous"). Click that.

Then you'll have a box that says, "Attachments posted by (username)". There are check boxes to the right of each attachment you've posted, then at the bottom of the box there's a button that says "Delete Selected". Click that and hope you chose the right ones to delete.

To avoid that issue in the future, use a site like Photobucket or the like to link pictures from. Then your only limit is the size of your account on said photo hosting site. Or if you use a site like facebook, you can link your pictures from there. There may be a security issue with that, however...

The free photobucket acct is HUGE on it's own.
I've had one since I joined here, still haven't come close to filling it. 2900+ pics, 1% of 10GB. Which is now almost unlimited for non commercial accts.(so I just learned looking at my stats info).
Anyways~

But delete as Fungus said. Sucks if there are any pics that might be helpful to future builders. Makes threads useless w/o pics these days , but then what the hell, searching is becoming a way of the past

The unfortunate thing is that I used my old Myspace account that I never visited as a photohosting site for years. I had all my build pics stored in there and everything.

Just recently though, Myspace changed their linking format. They just added some characters into their image links. But it made EVERY SINGLE PICTURE I've ever linked from there just dissappear.

Basically I'd have to go in and repost every single picture, one by one.
