Some mojo needed
Re:: Asap
My future brother in law left for vacation on Friday. Last night he ended up in the ER. Had trouble walking, and no feeling in his arms and legs and lost his ability to taste. Today he has no responsiveness in his extremities to reflex test and can't walk on his own. He is in intense pain and is on morphine. Doctors don't know what's wrong. They put him thru a bunch if tests today and will be reading the results in the AM. We are all scared and don't know what to do. I figured I would post up here asking for some Volksrods mojo to be sent his way. He sure could use it!

Re: Some mojo needed
A friend had it where he was in extreme pain when he stood and it eased when he laid down. Found out he didn't have enough fluid in his spinal column. They injected a pint of his own blood into his spine to "refill" him until his body could replace the fluid. He had similar symtoms.
Mojo flying out!

Re: Some mojo needed
Warm and windy Central Oregon mojo on the way.
That sounds like what a friend had happened to him. For the past 60 years he has been crushing rock and running gravel plants and his knows a thing or two. He was sent down to Panama a couple of years ago to help someone set up a plant and get it running. About 2 weeks into the job he came down with something (i don't remember of hand what). To say it knocked his dick in the dirt would be an understatement. Full body paralysis, 2 months in a coma and the doctors were leaning more towards death that treatment. 80 some odd years old and that crazy bastard is still causing hate and discontent. He walks a little funny now,he talks a little slower and his fingers don't work like they used to, looks like he got arthritis the way he holds his fingers now but its from the nerve damage.
All from drinking some water. I hope I have half the fight and a quarter the knowledge that man has
We'll double up on the mojo shipment, It keeps UPS in business

Re: Some mojo needed
No real updates so far. MRIs came back negative. They were planning a spinal tap and some other tests. Think they have put them off for now. They tested him with needles in his extremities today and he had feeling! He's also talking again! Talked to my fiancé and his son. Seems to be in good spirits! He also was able to taste today and even blew his nose. Wish we had some answers. I send my sister inlaw a link to this thread. They both send their thanks to everyone here. We can still use all the mojo we can get. 72 days till my wedding and I wouldn't think of being there without him and his wife up there celebrating with me!
