It's a belgian made Dannenhauer and Strauss replica. All handbuilt I believe, guy did a nice job! Indeed a very good turnout and lot's of cool cars.
The organiser, Kobus Cantraine, is an Airmighty Megascene editor, so the cool thing was the 50/50 mix of hotrodders and aircooled fanatics. here's some cool pics as well:

was very good show there. vw's, hotrod's and custom bike/cars all mixed up and no bad looks or rejections at entrance.

when the belgian owner sold his original one to the states, "metalmaster" took all the measurements
after that he builded this one starting from a bug chassis and a flat piece of steelplate..
he also did the chop on the "anti-social" v8 Vrod
there is a reason he is called "MetalMaster" !
he really shook the VW world, made them think that there was another dannenhauer found and someone had the guts to chop and drop it
