Direction ? OK....I suggest you make a volksrod out of it. Welcome to the site newbie. Don't forget to tighten your seat belt. It might be a rough ride for a bit.

Working with a buddy is a great idea. That way you can keep each other from making dumb mistakes. On the other hand , there is also the possibility of screwing up twice as bad !!!

First get it titled and registered
Then get it running
then get it street legal
Then paint it flat black and drive it for a while.
A Baja bug, lowered and on street tires is cool

The amount of the front extension is personal taste and also dictated by clearance for the steering box. Talk to Doug (dbug41), he can fill you in with all you need to know and how to buy one of his extenders.

You can sell those centerline type wheels to get some that are more volksrod style. You are way ahead by having a running and driving car to begin with.

Took some time this week and pulled the motor. Cleaned everything up and threw some fresh paint her way. And got some bolt on valve covers and new gaskets for everything else hope it stops the leaking!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1343924326.777112.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1343924347.537383.jpg

Here is some pics of the exhaust I picked up for 30 bucks.. Threw some paint and header wraps at it and I like how they turned out. Haven't seen quads like this before. Thought they where pretty interesting

I am pretty sure you have the rear pipes mounted on the wrong sides of the motor.
